Arbutus Ridge Golf Club is already well-regarded for its high-quality menu in The Satellite Bar and Grille, but the team led by Chef Michael Schedel is aiming to raise the bar.
New items that hit the Grille’s menu include Jamaican Jerk Chicken Burger, Grilled Reuben, Taco Salad, Wild Mushroom and Prosciutto Flatbread, and Chicken Marsala... just to name a few.
Previous menu favourites will remain and are also said to have had some improvement tweaks!
